We believe food tastes better when you know where it comes from. At The Island, everything is homemade — from sourdough baked fresh on Mondays and Thursdays, to lamb raised on a family farm, to the herbs we grow in our own garden each summer.
Aaron grew up right behind the restaurant. He and Petra have travelled the world, bringing back flavours and techniques that shape a menu you won't find anywhere else in the Rockies.
